3.1.0 | First Marketplace release |
3.6.0, 04.11.2026
A maintenance release: internal clean-up and documentation. Nothing changes in how the app behaves, and no permission changed.
3.5.0, 03.11.2026
Fixes from our penetration test of 03.11.2026.
- Saved rules carry over to each new version. After an update, the app compiles every field context’s rules again with the current parser. A rule the new parser refuses stays as it was saved.
- The work item sync keeps each site’s settings apart. One site’s contexts and templates could reach a work item on another site served by the same function.
- A prefill that names the person waits for a person’s change. With Keep in sync, an empty field whose template names the person is filled when a person changes the work item, not when Automation or another app does.
- The allowed characters switch shows its label in the field context settings.
3.2.0, 31.10.2026
- Field schemes are read first. Jira is moving spaces from field configurations to field schemes. The app reads the schemes and falls back to field configurations for spaces not yet moved.
- Clearer Estonian for Smart Value and the placeholder text.
- Dependency security updates. No permission changed.
3.1.0, 21.10.2026
The first version, free on the Marketplace with every feature on every site.
Two custom field types, single line and paragraph, that check every value against rules set per field context: a length, a format, the allowed characters, starts with, ends with, contains and at least N of a kind, or one regular expression. Jira applies the rules on every save, from every surface. The single-line field has strict input, which formats a value as it is typed.
A field opens filled in on the create screen, the portal request form and transitions, from
smart values for the person, the date, the space, the work type and other fields, Oktul Work
Item Selector fields included. With Keep in sync, each smart value follows the field it
names, on the form, on the work item view and after a change made by Automation, a script or the
REST API, and text people type stays where they typed it. Dates
follow the site’s Look and feel formats, or any other with .format("…"). Assets
fields cannot be read yet. English and Estonian.
A change to what data is collected, where it goes or who can see it is stated here and in the privacy notice.
